This is a rare opportunity to own land that has Cedar Creek running through the property.  The Creek has a few deep pockets that range from 4 to 6’ deep.  Duck Run also runs through the edge of the property, meeting with Cedar Creek.  This is 43.72 acres, with several distinct and different features: The property fronts on Star Tannery Road, but also has a private lane that 3 other landowners also utilize. There is a path behind this potential homesite, although a somewhat steep path, where you can walk up to the next tier of the land.  If you drive up the private gravel lane, you will come to the 3rd gate (also on your right).  The owner spent some time in clearing a drivable path along a top ridge.  Drive out this ridge (or make it a nice walk) out to an area that might accommodate another potential homesite that offers mountain views, along with a panoramic view of the farm down below.  If you continue walking this path you will come out to an elevated view above the Creek.  There are some interesting features of the property where it borders the neighboring property.  I would be happy to walk the land with you and point out these unique features.  Electricity is on the land.  A septic system would have to be installed (currently permitted for an alternative septic system), and a well would have to be drilled. Turn left onto Wardensville Grade (Rt.608).   Drive approximately 10 miles to small community of  Mt.Williams.  Go past the intersection of Back Mt.
