"THE MISSION", in the words of the owner/developer,  "Mossy Oaks strives to be a quiet, natural, ecologically correct haven for its residents.  Each resident is entitled to complete peace and quiet from all external elements, including from other residents.  This includes an absence of noise, the ability to enjoy natural scenic views without visual interference, limited lighting which does not interfere  with the natural night views, and forest and nature smells unaffected by fumes or noise. All of this makes Mossy Oaks a wonderful place to retire and get away from those high real estate taxes, fumes and traffic.  Or come for your vacation/weekend getaway.  You can camp or build your mountain dream home". From the entrance gate to the river is approximately 3.5 miles.  This lot lays less half that distance, so you have the convenience of being close to the entrance, and yet river access is a comfortable, long walk of enjoying the natural beauty of the area.  There is a perfect, elevated home site that has a mountain view. The lot has beautiful rock outcroppings, and a stream.  The lot is wooded with a mixture of hardwoods.  There are restrictions and covenants in place that will protect your investment. In close proximity is the historic Capon Springs Resort http://www.caponsprings.net/.  Also close by is the George Washington National Forest.  The Tuscarora Big Blue Hiking Trail is within walking distance. Annual dues to Mossy Oaks are $300.  Annual taxes to Hampshire County, WV are $810.  The MLS# is HS.  The price is $129,900. Please ask for the plat and covenants.
