Cedar Creek Real Estate
Licensed in Virginia and West Virginia
2300 Stroneride Road
Winchester, VA 22601
540-667-1130
Unique lot geared more towards recreation. This 7.17 acre lot is mostly wooded with a stream running through the valley. The
land is within the Rhine Forest rural subdivision. There is no HOA and no covenants or restrictions. The lot has access from a
private gravel lane that is maintained by local landowners (voluntary contributions). This lot owner has used this lot mainly for
camping, hunting and target practice (skeet shooting). There is a primitive cabin built on the land, offering protection from the
weather while providing sleeping quarters for at least 4 in the bunkroom. There is no electricity to the site, so a generator will
come in very handy. There is a woodstove in the cabin for heat. The cabin is situated next to the stream that seems everflowing.
This “campsite” is very enticing while offering you the ability to own this neat site for camping, hunting, and hiking activities. The
property is in close proximity to the Winchester-Frederick County Conservation Club where other activities are available to
regional homeowners. Annual taxes to Frederick County, Virginia are $200. Very affordably priced at $49,900. The MLS# is
VAFV150488.
DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY:
From Winchester, drive Rt.522N for 7 miles. Make a right onto Rt.600 (Siler Road). Drive 1.5 miles. Turn left onto the private lane
is called Isaac Creek Drive (won’t show up on the GPS map). This is directly across the road from Beaver Dam Rd which is on your
right. Make that left, continue on this lane, driving past a new home being constructed on the hill on your left. At the fork ahead
stay to the left. During inclement weather the lane is very soft. A culvert has recently washed out that creates an instance where
you may have to walk the last 100 yards to get to the driveway into this lot. Hopefully that will be repaired in the short term. You
will see the driveway and cabin on your left. There is a Cedar Creek sign posted on the gate n front of the cabin
